The association "Josy Marty – Echec au Cancer de la Broye" has remitted Frs. 50' 000. – to the ISREC Foundation for the support of a doctoral student at the Swiss institute for experimental cancer research, School of Life Sciences, EPFL.

Mrs Lucy Trochet and her friends Wilma Noordhoek, Clare Joyner, Nicky Higgs and Elaine Wilkinson have donated SFr. 3'000.- to the ISREC Foundation, representing the money they received from sponsors for running in the Marathon of Lausanne on Sunday October 26, 2008.

17-09-2009 - Congratulations to Prof. Thomas Zeltner, who received the Medal 2009 of the Swiss Cancer League. Director of the Federal Office for Public Health in Bern, Th. Zeltner is also Member of the ISREC Foundation Council.

11-06-2009 - Congratulations to Prof. Adriano Aguzzi, who won the Antonio-Feltrinelli Prize 2009. Director of the Institute of Neuropathology, University Hospital Zurich, A. Aguzzi is also member of the ISREC Foundation Scientific Board.
