Viele, aber nicht alle, Patienten sprechen auf eine Immuntherapie an. Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, anhand einer Kartierung der Zytokine diejenigen Patienten zu identifizieren, die auf eine Immuntherapie ansprechen. Zytokine sind kleine Signalmolek\u00fcle, welche die Immunantwort regulieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ausgehend von einer Patientenkohorte bestehend aus 27 ansprechenden und 14 nicht-ansprechenden Patienten werden die durch Chemokine regulierten Immunzellnischen mittels hochaufl\u00f6sender molekularer Bildgebung kartographiert.
