Fanny Amrein conducts her work in the laboratory of Prof. Olivier Michielin at the University of Geneva.<\/h5>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Fanny Amrein\u2019s research project focuses on the still poorly understood role of certain immune system cells, known as B cells, in skin cancer of the melanoma type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While immunotherapies have transformed the care of many patients, some of them still do not respond to these treatments.
